Job summary

Alliance North America in Spartanburg, SC seeks an ERP Administrative Technician to maintain the MES portion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related shop-floor tools. You will collect, validate, and manage workstation data to support the production schedule and KPI reporting.

This onsite role focuses on production-floor data, AO/PO closure, and MES reconciliation while training operators on data-entry and MES reporting workflows. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting MES data and supporting shop-floor data collection systems.
• Strong experience with production schedules, AOs and POs; attention to detail is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and maintain MES data from workstations and operators.
• Close Assembly Orders and Production Orders with accurate labor and quantities.
• Reconcile MES transactions with physical production activity and supervisor records.
