Job summary

CyberSearch is seeking an on-site Site MES IT Coordinator to lead MES implementations at our Greenville, SC site. You will coordinate the full MES lifecycle from requirements to go-live, while serving as the primary liaison among Operations, IT, Quality, ERP, and vendors.

The role focuses on ensuring production continuity, implementing best practices, and driving continuous MES improvements. Ideal candidates will have MES experience, Werum PAS-X knowledge, and a strong background in site

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site-level IT coordinator for MES implementation and support activities.
• Coordinate the MES project lifecycle from requirements through go-live and operations.
• Act as the main liaison between Operations, Quality, IT, ERP, Validation, vendors, and offshore teams.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure MES supports production without disruption.
• Capture requirements and gaps to improve MES functionality and user adoption.
• Coordinate technical and functional discussions between business users and global development teams.
• Coordinate site readiness activities including infrastructure, access, devices, printers and interfaces.
• Support UAT, system validation, compliance testing, and hypercare during go-live.

Site MES IT Coordinator (Manufacturing Execution Systems) (Fully Onsite)
Location: Greenville, SC 29601
Length: 5 month contract (potential extension)

Overview: This individual will serve as the primary site-level IT coordinator and governance lead, acting as the liaison between site operations, Global MES teams, IT, Infrastructure, ERP, Validation, Quality, vendors, implementation partners, and offshore development teams.

This ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Werum PAS-X, manufacturing operations, and business process reengineering. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project execution from site readiness through implementation, go‑live, hypercare, and steady-state support while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

MES Project Coordination

• Serve as the primary site-level IT coordinator for all MES implementation and support activities.
• Coordinate the complete MES project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, support transition, and ongoing operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, Site IT, Global MES, Infrastructure, ERP, vendors, offshore development teams, and implementation partners.
• Track project milestones, site readiness, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure successful project delivery.

Site Operations & Manufacturing Support

• Partner closely with manufacturing teams to support daily site operations and ensure MES supports production without disruption.
• Support business process reengineering initiatives by aligning local manufacturing processes with standardized MES templates and best practices.
• Capture business requirements, process gaps, user feedback, and operational constraints to improve MES functionality and user adoption.
• Coordinate technical and functional discussions between business users and global development teams.

Site Readiness & Go-Live Support

• Coordinate all site readiness activities including:
  • Infrastructure
  • User access
  • Shop floor devices
  • Barcode scanners
  • Printers
  • Manufacturing terminals
  • Interfaces
  • Network connectivity
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation activities, and compliance testing.
• Lead site coordination during go-live and provide hands‑on support throughout hypercare.
• Ensure successful transition into steady‑state production support.
