Job summary

CREMER North America, LP seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. You will lead end-to-end BC projects, stay hands-on with data validation, and bridge business stakeholders with technical teams.

This individual-contributor role (on-site) requires deep BC experience in manufacturing/distribution, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations or enhancements.
• Experience in warehousing/distribution and/or manufacturing with BC.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for BC configuration.
• Strong SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of BC initiatives from scoping to post-implementation support.
• Lead warehouse and manufacturing process projects within BC (inventory, production orders).
• Translate stakeholder requirements into BC configurations and/or development tasks.
• Coordinate with internal developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources for extensions and integrations.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and validation using SQL to support testing and migration.
• Lead PM and functional-analysis view on integration projects (EDI, HR feeds, etc.).
• Drive UAT planning, test coverage, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for leadership.
• Support change management and end-user training for BC functionality.
• Act as day-to-day escalation point for BC process questions.
