Job summary

FuelCell Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support MES, D365 integrations, and shop floor IT in a production environment. The role focuses on rapid response, clear escalation, documentation, and maintaining operational continuity on the 2nd or 3rd shift.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience, 3+ years of IT support in manufacturing, and experience with Windows, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years IT support in manufacturing/production environments.
• Experience with MES and manufacturing applications or shop floor systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, endpoints, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Ability to triage high‑impact production issues under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite 2nd/3rd shift IT support for manufacturing operations.
• Serve as primary on‑shift contact for MES, D365 integrations, and shop floor devices.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate issues with defined procedures.
• Support endpoints, HMIs, scanners, printers, and industrial workstations.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.
• Follow runbooks, change controls, and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT teams and vendors.
