Qualifications

• Minimum of two years construction estimating experience required.
• Experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects preferred.
• LEED Accredited Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain job cost reports effectively.
• Track costs by bid package and specific category of change.
• Prepare and manage cost authorization packages.

Skills

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365

Experience with project management software (Prolog, Procore, etc.)

Design software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Strong time-management skills

Team player

Education

High School diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
