Mark III Construction is seeking a Recruiter to support continued growth of our MEP, Components and Service teams by managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. This role plays a critical part in attracting talent and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience.
• Construction or skilled trades recruiting are strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition for field roles and onboarding.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers.
• Draft and manage job postings; source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews; maintain candidate communications and recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and new hire documents; support onboarding orientation.
• Partner with HR, Safety, IT, and Payroll; maintain employee records.
