Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at the Fresno site. You will provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and referrals to outside providers while supporting OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation programs.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification.
• Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state).
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.
• Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics.
• Demonstrated OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation experience.
• Last-year military Combat Medic or related service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records and logs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Deliver daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on safe work practices and ergonomics on the operations floor.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment.
• Facilitate first aid/CPR/AED trainings and certifications.
• Maintain credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Support saliva drug testing protocols.
• Assist in emergencies and on-site response.
