Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) at our Phoenix, AZ site. You will provide first aid, assess injuries, and guide associates on occupational and non-occupational health concerns while supporting safety operations on the floor.

The role requires a current BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credential. It also calls for strong recordkeeping, OSHA/workers’ comp familiarity, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT.
• Athletic Trainer Certification by BOC or State.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Coach on safe work habits with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Facilitate first aid/CPR/AED trainings and credential maintenance.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
