Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to provide first aid, risk assessment, and guidance on occupational and non-occupational injuries at a VA site. The role involves coordination with WHS leadership, daily interaction with associates, and participation in safety and case review meetings.

The OMR will manage referrals, maintain records, and support drug testing protocols, with shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with BLS; EMT or Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certs required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation preferred.
• Certification to teach first aid, CPR and AED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness, education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of all care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work habits.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean work environment.
• Support first aid, CPR and AED training classes and certifications.
