Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid and health guidance to associates at our Penns Grove site, NJ. The role supports safety operations, coordinates care referrals, and maintains medical records in a dynamic, outdoor/indoor setting.

The position requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. Flexible shifts and on-site collaboration with WHS leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; digital recordkeeping experience.
• Experience in an industrial wellness program.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach on safe work habits with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supplies and clean work environment.
• Assist with first aid, CPR, AED certifications training.
