Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to support safety and health at the Penns Grove, NJ site. You will independently assess and administer first aid, advise Associates on occupational injuries or illnesses, and refer care as needed while learning OSHA regulations and risk analysis.

You’ll maintain records, coordinate workers’ comp, participate in safety meetings, and assist with CPR/AED training and credential maintenance on a site with varied shifts and outdoor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid BLS certification by an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification OR Athletic Trainer Certification is required.
• Preferred: ability to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize risk through awareness, education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the operations floor to coach on safety.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and clean working environment.
• Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR and AED.
• Maintain credentials for first aid, CPR and AED.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response and on-site care delivery in emergencies.
