Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support safety and health at our Reading, PA site. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with external providers.

You will participate in safety committees and help maintain records while supporting workers’ compensation processes. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, BLS, and EMT or paramedic credentials, with preferred athletic trainer certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and BLS certification is mandatory.
• EMT or Paramedic certification, or Athletic Trainer certification, is preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Conduct risk awareness and safety coaching for associates on the floor.
• Maintain detailed care records and manage workers’ compensation processes.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and document daily activity logs.
• Support with safety training, CPR and AED certification courses.
• Ensure clean, stocked medical supplies and participate in emergency responses.
