Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Nashville, TN. The role involves providing first aid, guidance on injuries, and coordination with medical providers on site.

You will work with the WHS team, attend safety meetings, and support emergency response while maintaining records and ongoing training in CPR/AED and first aid.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider; AND must have EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize AA injury risk through awareness and education.
• Maintain all care records for AAs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Participate in first aid, CPR and AED certification training.
