Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage front desk for Patient Requests and concerns – walk-ins.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and 24-hour turnaround for non-STAT ROI requests.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work and ensure secure handling of PHI.
