• Validates requests and authorizes release of PHI according to procedures.
• Performs quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of PHI during transport, storage, and disposal.
• Abides by ROI policy specific to HealthMark and the client.
• Maintains neat, clean, and professional appearance and observes dress code.
• Keeps records organized and ensures adequate supplies are available.
