• Assist clients and patients with status of requests via phone.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and 24-hour turnaround for non-STAT requests.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper invoicing; secure handling of PHI.
• Update facility guides and maintain neat, orderly work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate concerns.
