Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. seeks an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites and support wellness programs. The role requires EMT/Paramedic certification, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and at least three years of pre-hospital or clinical experience.

You will perform emergency response, safety education, and health monitoring while coordinating with teams. The position offers opportunities to contribute to injury prevention and comprehensive on-site

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/registration required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Minimum three years pre-hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a construction environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies on site and provide care.
• Assess and stabilize patients and coordinate transport.
• Maintain medical records and incident reports.
• Conduct safety walks and educate workers on first aid and safety.
• Oversee onsite wellness program and health screenings.
• Ensure equipment readiness and inventory; manage supplies.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients.
