Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites and support worker safety initiatives.

The role requires current EMT or Paramedic certification, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and at least three years of relevant experience. You will assess injuries, document care, and collaborate with project teams to implement preventive health measures. OSHA 30 construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers and coordinate transport to medical facilities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical assessments, treatments, and interventions.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate with project teams to implement preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
• Manage the onsite drugs of abuse program and ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
