Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join our construction occupational health solutions team as an Onsite Medical Partner.

You will operate an on-site clinic, provide emergency medical response, and support health assessments on the job site in Charlotte, NC. This role partners with the project safety team to enhance worker health and safety, requires responding to incidents, conducting prevention activities, managing equipment, and completing documentation for regulatory and

Qualifications

• Current state or national EMT/Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum of three years of pre-hospital or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate EMS on construction site, assess and stabilize workers, coordinate transport if needed.
• Lead injury prevention and safety education for workers; conduct safety walks and trainings.
• Manage workplace wellness activities and health screenings as part of the program.
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are available, stocked, and maintained for emergency care and first aid.
• Maintain accurate incident and treatment records and prepare required reports for compliance and clients.
• Collaborate with the client project team and internal partners to support safety objectives and programs.
