Job summary

Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of healthcare administrative experience, including enrollment or eligibility, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or medical office administration experience required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process and review enrollment applications for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain customer eligibility records in enrollment database.
• Generate enrollment-related correspondence and information for customers.
• Review enrollment documents to determine processing requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records.
• Communicate enrollment status with internal teams and external customers.
• Meet daily quality and production goals.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
