RSi in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Medicaid Enrollment & Intake Specialist (Onsite) to determine patient eligibility for state, federal, or county programs and to collaborate with hospital personnel. The role emphasizes accurate document preparation and strict adherence to HIPAA rules.

You will maintain caseloads, build professional relationships with staff and state workers, and ensure procedures meet organizational standards while supporting patient access to care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrates problem solving and case management skills
• Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security Administration, and County programs
• Understanding of HIPAA and HITECH patient confidentiality laws
• Knowledge of major hospital systems and healthcare environment
