Job summary

RSi in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Enrollment Specialist Team Lead to oversee Medicaid, Disability, and Hospital Revenue Cycle Management. You will provide leadership, supervise enrollment staff, and ensure efficient workflow in a healthcare-focused environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring, client responsiveness, and operational excellence within a daily Monday–Friday schedule. Onsite in Tulsa, CST hours apply, contributing to a performance-driven team tradition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates problem solving and case management skills.
• Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.

Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.

Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.

Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work must be performed inside the hospital or facility. Travel to other offices and/or client facilities may be required.
