Job summary

The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) seeks an administrative coordinator to support medical student education in the Emergency Medicine department. You will help plan rotations, manage student enrollment, and assist with educational materials and seminars.

You will liaise with Academic Affairs, prepare schedules, and ensure accurate evaluation documentation and student records, contributing to a smooth learning experience for residents and visiting students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the medical student education activities for internal and external students.
• Supports enrollment forms and scheduling through Academic Affairs.
• Maintains confidential evaluation paperwork and compiles annual reports.
