Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain external end-user documentation for medical devices, including IFUs, patient manuals, and clinician guides. This onsite role emphasizes compliance with labeling requirements and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, Communications, Science, English, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience developing external end-user documentation (IFUs, patient manuals, clinician guides).
• CMS experience is required.
• Knowledge of regulated medical device labeling requirements and document control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
