Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience OR successful PBS completion.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter or review production information electronically.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule, overtime, weekends, or shift assignments as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label, and inspect medical devices in accordance with procedures and production requirements.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively per work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and report non-conforming materials.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, inspection records, and GDP documentation.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Use measuring devices and equipment to verify product specifications and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Cross-train and rotate between workstations as required to meet production needs.
