Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is optional.
• 8–12 years of experience in mechanical construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan.
• Communicate issues and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Maintain baseline schedules and achieve turnover requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with project safety plans.
