Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner for an onsite, 18-24 month assignment in the New Orleans area. The role focuses on developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, analyze data to identify improvements, and keep accurate records while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or mechanical maintenance required.
• Onsite in the New Orleans area; 18–24 month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Facilitate training and development for maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
