Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong installation experience to support utility-scale renewable projects, including solar, BESS, and wind. The role focuses on onsite oversight of pile driving, tracker installation, module placement, inverters, and BESS mechanical systems.

You will coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and subcontractors, manage QA/QC, document field decisions, and serve as EPS's onsite representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experienced construction professional with mechanical background in solar, BESS, or wind.
• Strong at coordinating multiple trades and field installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite oversight of pile driving, trackers, modules, inverters, and BESS mechanical systems.
• Monitor delivery, staging, and tracking of Owner Supplied Equipment and materials onsite.
• Ensure mechanical QA/QC of installations to verify safety and compliance with specs.
• Interface with OEMs and commissioning teams to coordinate installation requirements.
• Manage mechanical NCRs and corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
