Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to develop robust design solutions.
• Experience participating in design reviews, driving action‑item closure, and conducting engineering trade studies.
• Ability to independently manage engineering tasks and deliver on technical, schedule, and cost commitments.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D CAD and PDM systems; Creo/SolidWorks/NX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve change requests from manufacturing or suppliers.
• Develop rework or modification procedures to support product updates.
• Support the full product lifecycle from concept through detailed design, release to production, and post‑production support for Ground Based Defense System including Effectors.
• Work with other engineering disciplines, non‑technical functions, and suppliers to develop robust design solutions.
