Qualifications

• Typically requires HS Diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical education.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• CRC certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics/technical drawings and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated welding machines and related tasks.
• Under supervision, inspect own work to meet quality standards.
• Meet productivity expectations to satisfy deadlines.
• Comply with Environmental Health & Safety, Ethics and Quality guidelines.
• Participate in cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in audits and trainings as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report progress to supervisor.
• Perform additional duties within skill scope as needed.
