Job summary

CEC Energy seeks a Project Manager to own the commercial and execution aspects of assigned projects, from inception to closeout. You will lead scope, schedule, cost, and quality, manage client relations, and drive the PMT planning cadence while coordinating with procurement and specialists for design interfaces.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and disciplined contract execution to protect final margin and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction contracts, project risk management, and financial controls.
• OSHA-30 required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own the project execution plan, schedule, and budget from award through closeout.
• Manage full project P&L, including WIP, forecasting, cash flow, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for performance, change, and commercial discussions.
• Lead the PMT planning cadence with schedule reviews, look-aheads, and budget updates.
• Escalate major risk or commercial items with clear facts and mitigation plans.
