Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an MDM Systems Associate to join the Clinical Support Services team in Bluffton, SC. The role focuses on on-site technical support for participants, including porting phones, pairing Apple Watch devices, and ensuring proper app installations.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in healthcare technology environments and MDM systems. Outdoor facility support is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research or healthcare technology environments.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
• Experience in participant-facing or customer support roles.
• Ability to communicate information effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mobile devices and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to participants during scheduled visits.
• Assist participants with porting their mobile phones to the required platform.
• Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones.
• Ensure proper installation of required applications and system settings.
• Verify device connectivity, data synchronization, and functionality.
