Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience working in participant-facing or customer support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to participants during scheduled visits.
• Assist participants with porting their mobile phones to the required platform.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile devices and wearables.

Skills

Experience supporting clinical research or healthcare technology environments

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on mobile phones and watches

Ability to communicate information effectively

Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail

Education

Previous experience or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
