Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Maintenance Control Center Supervisor to join its Commercial Airline Support team at the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will oversee a team of controllers and satcom specialists, coordinating maintenance actions, troubleshooting inflight connectivity systems, and supporting new customer activations.

The role requires 5+ years in SATCOM, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, plus up to 10% travel to other offices and airline locations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and project execution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of controllers and satcom specialists maintaining the IFEC system.
• Plan maintenance actions and implementations for the installed aircraft fleet.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, scheduling, and staff development.
• Communicate with Airline Operations, Engineering, and Account Management}
• Oversee reporting to airline partners and internal leadership reviews.
