Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Technician for the Cape Station site in Milford, UT. This hands-on role unloads deliveries, verifies shipments, operates material-handling equipment, and maintains inventory to support construction and operations.

You will follow safety requirements, participate in daily safety meetings, and assist with cycle counts, spares tracking, and material dispositions in an active industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse/ref receiving/inventory/logistics.
• Forklift operation experience and ability to read packing slips and POs.
• Basic computer skills including email and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable recordkeeping.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass site access and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stage materials and packages.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify shortages, overages, damage, or wrong shipments and report.
• Document receipt of materials in inventory systems or logs.
• Label, tag, photograph, and store received materials properly.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials for construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations; support cycle counts.
• Assist with tracking spares, consumables, tools, and owner-furnished equipment.
• Coordinate with site personnel to prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Maintain organized warehouse and receiving areas; preserve materials.
• Follow safety requirements and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform other warehouse and material-control duties as assigned.
