Job summary

Fervo Energy Co. is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Technician at Cape Station in Milford, UT to safely receive, inspect, store, and issue materials essential to construction, commissioning, and operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with forklifts, inventory records, and coordination with site teams; you will unload deliveries, verify shipments, and maintain accurate counts while following strict safety protocols. This position supports uptime and reliability of the geothermal plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift experience preferred.
• Experience reading POs, packing slips, and shipping docs.
• Ability to use inventory systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stage incoming materials and equipment.
• Verify shipments against documents and report shortages or damages.
• Document receipt and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Label and store materials; operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Pull and issue materials for construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Maintain orderly warehouse and comply with safety rules.
