Fervo Energy is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver & Site Operations Associate to support daily transportation and operational needs in Milford, Utah. You will shuttle employees, contractors, and visitors between offices and field locations, while also assisting with vehicle readiness and general site tasks.

The role requires reliability, punctuality and strong communication, with responsibilities expanding to equipment checks, maintenance, and safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record; pass MVR check.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong reliability, punctuality and time-management skills.
• Able to follow schedules and routes while communicating professionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company shuttle van on scheduled routes between Milford office and field locations.
• Transport employees, contractors, and visitors safely and adjust routes as needed.
• Maintain on-time shuttle schedule and communicate delays proactively.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep logs and maintenance records.
• Assist with site logistics tasks and general operations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and wear PPE as required.
