Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracking and monitoring at the factory level to support material goals and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate to standardize production control processes across the factory and share best practices.
• Align production control strategies with broader program goals and constraints.
• Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Drive improvement opportunities to optimize production control workflows.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities with QA, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
