Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP to support production factories and programs. This role helps prevent stoppages by coordinating material availability, BOM analysis, and shop loading.

You will interface with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering; require Interim Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. This is an on-site role in our Tucson facility with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience within Supply Chain, Production Control, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Operations, or other production driven environments.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate training needs to better utilize metrics and system accuracy.
• Support analysis of multiple and moderate complexity, Bills of Material in an MRP system; releasing work orders and tracking material through the assembly process.
• Provides support to material supply demand and prepares necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
