Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials Planner in Florida to ensure material availability and production continuity. You will manage material flow, monitor inventories, and collaborate with operations, procurement, and suppliers to resolve shortages and keep schedules intact.

The role requires a university degree with 2+ years in supply chain or planning, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau. You will participate in continuous improvement and ensure safe, compliant shop floor practices.

Qualifications

• University degree required with at least 2 years in a supply chain or planning role.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent MRP/ERP system is preferred.
• Strong Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP) and data analysis; Tableau or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute material flow to meet production schedules across value streams.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and coordinate with operations, procurement, and suppliers.
• Attend daily planning calls and prepare shortage data for review with managers.
• Place and adjust purchase orders; manage stock transfers and inter‑company movements.
• Identify alternatives, expedite orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
