Collins Aerospace in Miramar, FL, is seeking a Materials Planner to support production continuity by planning and managing material flow to meet manufacturing needs. You will monitor inventory, coordinate with operations, procurement, suppliers, and engineering to resolve shortages and maintain schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Working experience within a supply chain, materials planning, or similar role.

Responsibilities

Support material planning and execution activities across assigned value streams, ensuring on-time availability of materials to meet production schedules.
Attend daily planning calls and prepare material shortage data for review with the materials manager and operations team.
Place Purchase Orders to ensure correct materials are on order and collaborate with stockroom for timely transfers.
