Job summary

Energix North America seeks a Project Logistics Manager to oversee receipt, storage, inventory control, and handover of project materials across construction sites. You will coordinate with suppliers, site teams, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and proper documentation.

This hands‑on role requires disciplined operations, strong records management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Hands‑on ERP experience with inventory controls.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Ability to travel to project sites and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, inventory control, and handover of project materials across Energix sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, site teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate onsite inventory records in Oracle or other systems.
• Lead vendor initiatives to improve warehouse and logistics performance.
• Manage logistics budgets and related claims and insurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT safety requirements.
