Job summary

Invenergy, LLC, headquartered in Chicago, IL, seeks a Manager of Material Management to lead strategic supply chain initiatives across renewable energy projects. You will align OFE requirements, oversee equipment receiving and reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and favorable contract terms.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, managing direct reports, and coordinating with procurement, legal, and construction teams across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of total professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience with supply chain management, operations, and/or procurement.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for execution and continuous improvement of strategic supply chain initiatives across the portfolio.
• Align OFE requirements and terms among stakeholders and manage receiving, tracking and reporting.
• Act as liaison between Global Sourcing, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Logistics and Suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and terms in supply agreements for project construction.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures for OFE supply contracts.
