Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Expediter to support jobsite teams by organizing and planning materials to boost production. The candidate will coordinate deliveries, verify items against orders, and keep meticulous records.

A forklift license and strong supervision-free work ethic are valued in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining stock, tagging materials, coordinating with Superintendents, and ensuring on-time replenishment of supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• High level and consistent organizational skills.
• Ability to operate with little daily supervision and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Fill fuel cans for job and fuel jobsite equipment.
• Deliver water coolers.
• Clean water coolers and ensure date is visible.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to schedule tool/material deliveries.
• Check material deliveries for discrepancies and inform PM/Superintendent.
• Identify overdue material and report status to Superintendent.
• Inspect received materials for discrepancies and damage.
• Compare work tickets with materials used at stations to verify assignments.
• Tag outgoing materials with area, name and date.
• Tag unused materials to storage areas and notify foreman.
• Monitor daily consumables and maintain stock.
• Schedule bottle refills for oxygen/acetylene with Superintendent/PM.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
• Return unused materials to vendor when appropriate.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to Project Manager.
• Verify rented equipment with vendor and obtain confirmation number.
• Inspect tools before deployment to jobsite.
• Obtain monthly tool reports and perform monthly inventory after hours.
• Identify out-of-order tools and extension cords.
• Retrieve damaged tools/cords to yard.
• Submit inventory findings to project management.
