Job summary

Dogwood Industries, LLC in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project and production schedules that drive successful customer projects and manufacturing operations. The role serves as the central coordination point between Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, or related field.
3+ years of related industry experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, operations, project coordination, or as a Project Engineer.
APICS/ASCM certification.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple projects and manufacturing activities.
Coordinate schedule development with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.
Monitor schedule performance and maintain accurate pull schedules.
Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead SIOP processes and support lean schedule adherence and throughput.
Create, release, and ensure accuracy of work orders, routings, bills of materials, drawings and specifications.
