Dogwood Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage integrated project and production schedules. You will coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain to keep plans aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity.

The role requires strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated above.
• 3+ years of related industry experience as stated above.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple projects, manufacturing activities, procurement to drive alignment between customer demand, material availability and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate schedule development and alignment with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
• Monitor schedule performance and ensure accurate pull schedules are maintained.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at continuously improving schedule adherence and throughput.
• Support the creation, release, and accuracy of work orders, routings, bills of materials, drawings, specifications, and other production-related documentation while ensuring ERP system integrity and adherence to established processes.
