Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in production planning or master scheduling.
• ERP/MRP experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the plant master production schedule to ensure customer demand is met.
• Translate customer demand and forecasts into an executable production plan and proactively identify capacity or material constraints.
• Drive cross-functional actions with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping, and Operations to minimize shortages and production disruptions.
