Job summary

Monocle Talent in York County, PA, seeks a Master Planner/Master Scheduler to own the production schedule and ensure commitments are met. This hands-on role reports to the COO and collaborates across operations to adjust schedules as needed.

You will walk the floor, track progress, and coordinate with suppliers to keep plans on track. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems and data tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data/software tools.
• Ability to communicate across Operations and with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and drive the execution of the production schedule and ensure schedule/production commitments are met.
• Communicate regularly across Operations (production and purchasing) to adjust schedules as needed.
• Walk the production floor, track progress, and follow up with outsourced suppliers to keep schedules on track.
• Take ownership of day-to-day follow-up and execution.
