MPI is seeking an experienced temporary Recruiter for our West Valley City team to focus on blue-collar, production, warehouse, and operational roles. The role is onsite five days per week, and the hire must quickly become an integral part of the recruiting function.

The ideal candidate has five years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and a track record in high-volume talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Five years of recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and pipeline development abilities.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, production, warehouse, skilled-trades, or other high-volume talent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar, production, and operational roles.
• Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and evaluate candidates before presenting qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Partner with HR leaders and site stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support onsite recruiting events and multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide additional HR support as needed.
