Job summary

Alubend is seeking an Onsite Manager for our Woodstock, IL facility. This full-time on-site role oversees daily operations, coordinates production schedules, and ensures safety and quality across bending and finishing processes.

You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot on the shop floor, work with engineering and quality teams, implement safety procedures, and maintain clear communication between management and frontline staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise on-site operations and manage daily production activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with metal fabrication or industrial production processes; familiarity with aluminium extrusion, bending, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to enforce safety standards, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and support compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and support to diverse team members.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Comfort with technical documentation, work orders, and production reporting; experience with ERP or manufacturing software is essential.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations preferred.
